Our History
Our founders, Erin and Tom Gogal, Jr. bring decades of experience and a deep commitment to providing high-quality HVAC services to Roseburg, OR, and throughout Douglas County. Their combined expertise and dedication to excellence have shaped the company into a trusted local business.
Tom Gogal Jr. started his HVAC career in 1987 as a sheet metal apprentice with the largest heating company in Eugene. Over the years, Tom’s skill and dedication earned him the role of Shop Foreman, and he became known as one of the industry’s top fabricators. His vast knowledge of HVAC system design and his reputation for honesty and integrity are cornerstones of Mahalo Heating and Air Conditioning.
Erin Gogal joined the HVAC industry in 1991, bringing with her a strong background in accounting and business management. She quickly found success in marketing and sales, and later took on the role of managing the service department.
In 1997, Erin and Tom moved to Roseburg, OR, to manage the operations of another HVAC company. Driven by their dream of ownership, they established Mahalo Heating and Air Conditioning on March 31, 2008.
Together, Erin and Tom uphold unwavering business ethics, which form the foundation of Mahalo Heating and Air Conditioning. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, quality service, and reliability ensures that every customer receives the best HVAC solutions.
