He gave me pointers on what I could do to prolong the life of my equipment and gave me great options on the equipment that they install. He also provided me with good information on promotions they had going on. Overall I was very pleased.

Technician (Nathan) was prompt, very professional and informative. I liked that he took pics of what he discovered inside the unit (a dead mouse) and how patiently he explained that keeping with a maintenance contract would benefit me so I renewed mine. Mahalo provides excellent service every time!
