Michael was very professional and thorough. He explained how to get the best service from my air conditioner. I also ask him to have you guys send me out someone that could give me an estimate for a possible and I may just possible new air conditioner or heat pump system.
Mahalo was prompt on sending out a tech the same day I called to let them know my AC broke down on a hot day.
Their staff is always polite and super helpful. They have great troubleshooting skills and aren't out to sell things you don't need.
Our system had been making a noise and we knew it was time to get it checked out. We call Mahalo thinking they'd be backed up since it was a very hot week, they called us right back and set up appointment. Called us back and said there was a serviceman that would be in our area that same day. Woohoo! Our serviceman was Troy and he was great! He did a thorough diagnosis on the entire system. Easy fix! He answered every question I had and explained. I'll be asking for Troy each time we need service. ????
