Very thorough, professional, and home owner aware of coolant needs.
We found a puddle of water by the air conditioning unit. We called Mahalo and even though it was after hours they came out. He found the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. He was professional and pleasant. He also told us about a program that Mahalo has to provide service twice a year plus other things. We were happy to participate in that program because we always forgot to call for the fall checkup for the heater or the spring check for the air conditioner.
