The Mahalo team was great. Good people and were very professional and effecient. We switched from an all electric unit to natural gas heat and electric a/c. The exhaust on the gas unit, however, was pointed at the ground and only a feww inches off the ground. This created a air quality problem on that part of our home. Thankfully, Mahalo built an extended exhaust that goes over the rooftop by three feet. It made all the difference in the world. At, no extra charge!
The tech was able to diagnose the problem with my mini split in 30 seconds. The estimate for repair is out of my budget , but at least now I know what's wrong with it. They were kind and knowledgeable.

Mahalo really stepped up on a difficult and frustrating diagnosis. They kept working through it until it was resolved and working. Sherry coordinated and communicated, Troy was awesome along with all the guys who pitched in and did troubleshooting. They stayed positive and so far the system is operating better than ever.
