Mahalo pulled through. Only a couple hours after I had requested service and job was complete.
$250 maintenance charge plus $299 for part and installation. I did not buy maintenance package. Once a year inspections have always been fine.
I had Steven Wright as my service technician. Steven was very thorough and professional. He gave me pointers on what I could do to prolong the life of my equipment and gave me great options on the equipment that they install. He also provided me with good information on promotions they had going on. Overall I was very pleased.

Technician (Nathan) was prompt, very professional and informative. I liked that he took pics of what he discovered inside the unit (a dead mouse) and how patiently he explained that keeping with a maintenance contract would benefit me so I renewed mine. Mahalo provides excellent service every time!
They were all wonderful to work with They were on time they answered all are questions we had all of them were so kind we would definitely go through them again ???? and would definitely recommend them ?? to anyone ???? thank you you guys were the best
