Mahalo heating and air was a blessing. My fan motor went out in my heater hence the gas heater won't come on. I called and the ladies in the office sent someone within 20 minutes! Wow and they ordered a new motor right away. Installed in a 2 days. Kind and courteous techs and staff. They have my business for life.

Mahalo came out immediately when we smelled gas and our gas company said the furnace might be failing. They were kind, professional, prompt, and helped us get available rebates to keep the price down. Of all of the professionals we have had work in our home, they were the most respectful and clean by far. They left no messes, just a beautiful new furnace that has kept us toasty warm all winter. I highly recommend Mahalo!

The power went out and so did our furnace. I called Mahalo and Sherry was quick to pickup and brighten my frozen morning with her smiling can do attitude. She assured me that a technician would be able to help us. An hour later she called back and said the technician was on the way 2 hours earlier than expected.
Michael arrived and went right to work finding the problem. In just about an hour's time, warm air was blowing through the vents and ice began to melt on the windows. Michael knows his stuff!
Thanks Guys! You are our "Go To" when it too hot or too cold.

We had Mahalo install a heat pump and 3 splits in our 100 year old home on the coast. They met each challenge presented with professionalism and a will to do any customization we required. In January I called them complaining that we were cold and worried that our system wasn't meeting our needs. They had one of their technicians drive 1 3/4 hours to our home, arriving at 8:00 AM the next morning to investigate the problem. Turns out it was "operator error". We didn't understand how to position the louvers to deliver the warm air where we needed, the temperature rose in our living space by 3 degrees almost immediately after he reconfigured it. He was totally focused on our satisfaction and now that we've been trained on how to manage our unique situation I'm confident we made the right choice! Every single person I've interacted with at Mahalo is totally focused on making sure we receive incredible service and total satisfaction. I could not be happier or more impressed with this company. I wish I could give them 6 stars for going above and beyond expectations!

This summer our HVAC package unit we purchased from and had installed by Mahalo in 2016 experienced a critical component failure. This component was still covered by manufacturer warranty, thus we only had to pay for labor (per manufacturer warranty contract). From initial contact with Mahalo admin to finalized repair of the unit by the field techs, effective communication and professional service were in play.
Though I don't publicly identify anyone nowadays, I remember everyone at Mahalo that we interacted with recently, and I'm proud to know them. Mahalo admin was timely on the logistics and supply side, and kept us updated throughout the process. The field techs were technically proficient, answered our questions and concerns, and explained the unit's problem and its solution. Above all, Mahalo personnel were professional, respectful and courteous, all of which seems to be diminishing qualities in today's society.
I don't attach my name to many recommendations, but I do for the staff of Mahalo and their operation. They are dialed in and good to go.

Just had my rather old air conditioner serviced by Mahalo. The technician they sent out was exceptional! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! She was done much quicker than I expected and went above and beyond any service technician I've come across before.

On the 4th of July our air conditioner quits in late afternoon, so on the morning of the 5th we call Mahalo first thing and by 9:00 they were here and replaced the run cap and cleaned t the unit. It is working!!!!!! So fast and thorough. THANK YOU!!@
