First off I want to apologise for the bad review I did leave. I'm sick and I hadn't had any decent heat or air since the end of January. The first company just walked away without notice or a word. My ductless system was not working at all. Mahalo replaced everything they could and I truly.believe them some.Still wasn't working, so get an idea of frustration I was having. After screaming at them which was in no way my fault or there's we finally got unit replaced. I want to thank Mahalo for their very fine work and due diligence. I got a brand new unit of a different brand.

Both service reps worked located in repairing issues in extrême heat outside not leaving till the air was working and explained how to set and keep home cool even during hot temps outside u do know how hot wearing black shirts are even the thick shirts owner take considération for staff in thèse sévère hot weather as a retired nurse concerned units in direct heat thank you now my dog and self can stay comfortable both were so polite outstanding employees

The technician was very friendly, knew exactly what to repair, came on time, informed us we needed to have a part fixed, my appointment was originally scheduled for the day the technician came, but for some reason it didn't get in the tech schedule, but mahalo made it right & still had the technician come out, they did are yearly service & fixed the part that needed it, thank you we appreciate you, you were honest & cared,

Mahalo's technician Nathan Powers came and preformed our yearly review of our furnace and air conditioner. He was professional, friendly and outgoing. He did a great job with everything but especially with cleaning our electronic air filter.

Nathan arrived promptly for the scheduled annual maintenance of my HVAC system. He was courteous, professional and thorough. While checking out my system, he discovered a defective capacitor and was able to replace it while he was there so that there was no delay in keeping my system running in top shape. I appreciate the high quality maintenance support that I have received over the years from Mahalo.
