The work done was very good and was finished quickly. The technician was knowledgeable and explained what had caused the problem with our ductless system. We have now purchased their maintenance package and will have them coming out routinely.

Big shout out to Nathan! Thank you! I called at 8am on a Saturday ( after a very cold Friday night- about 10:30 when i realized i had a problem) had a call back by 8:20. Nate arrived by 9. After going through my system to identify the problem , he was able to explain it to me clearly and walk through solutions with me, including pricing. No surprises at check out. Thank you! Mahalo sent an amazing tech! He actually checked the transformer and found that the techs from the install company didn't plug a module in correctly when they did an annual maintenance three years ago, and they couldn't figure out what was wrong in multiple subsequent visits. When they said they'd charge me if they had to come again, I refused. So I've done without my heat pump for three years, splitting wood and hauling bags of pellets for my two stoves.
The Mahalo tech found the problem in just a few minutes, serviced everything beautifully, and my heat pump is humming along now. And all it ended up being was a standard annual maintenance fee.
