Troy did a fantastic job figuring out what was wrong and making it work correctly. The ac immediately started working after he figured out a frog had hopped onto the electrical circuit and stopped it from working.
Wonderful service. A/C went out late afternoon..they had a service member at our house midday the next day.Troy was fantastic! Talked us through the problem and had the unit up and running quickly. Troy was beyond professional. He was personable and friendly. When walking us through our options for future service he was transparent with every thing. I felt very comfortable with him and the service he provided. I absolutely would recommend this company for any hvac work you need..and I would add to ask for Troy..hes awesome!!!
