Our heater stopped working on a Sunday. I called Mahalo at 7 a.m. and was surprised that someone answered. By 10 we had someone at our home and our heater was fixed that morning. I was so relieved as the temperatures had been in the twenties the night before and my husband is 83 and quite frail. Troy did a great job figuring out what was wrong and had the parts to fix it. It costs more on the weekend which I would expect. He made sure I knew the cost difference and left it up to me to decide if I wanted to pay extra to get it fixed that day. I was just so grateful that I had that option.
I have heard from friends that Mahalo is a good company so that is why I called them. I was very happy I did! Thank you Mahalo!
