Mahalo was prompt on sending out a tech the same day I called to let them know my AC broke down on a hot day.
Their staff is always polite and super helpful. They have great troubleshooting skills and aren't out to sell things you don't need.
Our system had been making a noise and we knew it was time to get it checked out. We call Mahalo thinking they'd be backed up since it was a very hot week, they called us right back and set up appointment. Called us back and said there was a serviceman that would be in our area that same day. Woohoo! Our serviceman was Troy and he was great! He did a thorough diagnosis on the entire system. Easy fix! He answered every question I had and explained. I'll be asking for Troy each time we need service. ????
It was a hot sunny Sunday afternoon, the beginning of a heat wave and the air conditioner died. I contacted Mahalo. They had a technician out here within an hour. Michael appeared and saved the day! He was personable, customer service focused, and extremely knowledgeable. He corrected the problem, told me things about the air conditioner that I was unaware of and noticed I had a generator that he also could Service. I signed up for their biannual service plan and was able to save money on the repair that day. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and I'm glad we found Mahalo to take care of our needs in the future. Michael was awesome and I will request him every time we need any servicing Mahalo, Mahalo.
I loved the way Nathan was so informative. He not only did a professional job, but he explained the process to me and answered my questions.
