It was a hot sunny Sunday afternoon, the beginning of a heat wave and the air conditioner died. I contacted Mahalo. They had a technician out here within an hour. Michael appeared and saved the day! He was personable, customer service focused, and extremely knowledgeable. He corrected the problem, told me things about the air conditioner that I was unaware of and noticed I had a generator that he also could Service. I signed up for their biannual service plan and was able to save money on the repair that day. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and I'm glad we found Mahalo to take care of our needs in the future. Michael was awesome and I will request him every time we need any servicing Mahalo, Mahalo.

EVERYTHING! I needed a new heat pump. Had been without it for a while but it was time. Who to call? I was at the Home & Garden Show and stopped at their exhibit and talked with Tom. Asked a lot of questions. He had the answers. From then on it was a smoothe process. Everyone was so nice. Professional. Excellent experience. I would do it again.
