I recently purchased a home. I had noticed there was a bad smell coming from under my bedroom, and I couldn't figure out why. Upon investigation, I saw that the previous owners had installed a horizontal "Train" unit...And a large puddle of water had formed underneath it. I called Mahalo on a Friday afternoon, and they had a servicing agent here by Monday at 2:00 PM ! The agent was an absolute fan of Train units ! He knew all the "ins and outs", and helped me set up services for the life of my HVAC. "Mahalo", Mahalo !
They were on time & did the work as promised. They are more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Would totally recommend them.
Troy from Mahalo came out yesterday and did a very thorough job. The lady in the office was very helpful and upbeat despite it being a heat wave here in August.
Mahalo really came through for us this past weekend! We lost our main A/C and the inside temp jumped to a miserable 89 degrees! Called them on Sat and had them out same day but they discovered an issue that required an overnight downtime due to frozen coils. They returned very early Sunday, unit had defrosted, after cleaning filters, and a thorough cleaning of the coils and testing everything with the system they had us back online and cooling down a very large, old brick building. Took all day for the unit to return to normal, but they stayed in contact with me throughout and offered to send a tech back at anytime if I felt it was needed. The unit stabilized and returned to normal operation by that evening and was perfect by morning. I highly recommend them for any commercial heating or air conditioning needs! Considering it was an emergency weekend call, the initial fee was very reasonable and the highest cost was actually some maintenance that should have been done before summer began.
Mahalo is a great company they truly care about their customers. We could not have been as ecstatic as we are with this company. Their sales people are amazing ...Thank you all!!!!
Service guys are always very friendly and knowledgeable. We got a new ac unit installed a couple years back and are very happy. They have fit us into the schedule the same day we call even tho I know they were slammed and we were extremely thankful.
Although we live on the coast, Nathan Powers was on time (early actually). He checked our entire system and did the required maintenance with no hassle.
Nathan also showed us how we can save money by taking the maintenance plan, plus it will get serviced twice a year.

Cleaned the ductless unit and outdoor unit. Checked everything else and communicated things well.
