I recently signed up for the Mahalo Comfort Club. Nathan came out and was friendly, professional and answered all questions I had in detail. His truck did not have the filter my heater used and went back to the shop and installed. His visit was pleasant as well as professional.

Middle of winter our ductless heat and air system quit working. Mahalo technicians responded within a few days and figured out the problem. Parts needed to be ordered for the repairs. Contacted the next day to schedule the install of repair parts. Always very impressed with the way mahalo's employees work with the customer.
