Mahalo has serviced our HVAC for 8 years. We are completely satisfied with their customer service, knowledge, and skills. We're under their yearly service contract which is a good deal. It's also why the cost this time was over $300; we purchased the contract which covers two maintenance visits per year.
Fantastic service, knowledgeable, so nice, and super helpful! Couldn't have asked for better! This was our first year inspection of our heatpump system so it was included in the original price of our installation.
Kevin was excellent. He explained everything and showed us the parts that needed replacing. He was on time and helpful.
We had a reminder call before appointment. Then the day of reminders and when they were headed our way. Love this. Then the fabulous man came on time, professional, paid attention to detail, made sure all the questions were answered, efficient, and things looked great when he was done. He was had to deal with our dogs and didn't show any kind of action that he was annoyed.

I needed work done on my heat pump quickly to satisfy the buyer if my home. Mahalo worked with me, found the parts,and did the work in time so that the sale of the home went through.
