We absolutely loved our experience with Mahalo and all the guys who contributed. They worked with us over a period of time to replace our entire system and were so helpful and understanding with our needs. No one was ever pushy during the sales part of it, and and all the installation guys were awesome with my house full of kids and dogs. Great company to work with!
From my first call to their kind, smiling voiced phone reception, through to service completion, we say "mahalo" to Mahalo for going above and beyond in service without the slick price gouge of prior experiences elsewhere. Marine Mike is straight-up OUTSTANDING. Everybody we've talked with at Mahalo is stellar. Mike will did a military grade job - his best with duty, honor and integrity. Plus, we even shared some military experiences together. We won't hesitate to work with anybody from Mahalo in the future due to the competence, honesty, fairness (and military connection) clearly displayed by their front-line troops!
We tried 2 brand name heating service companies in Roseburg in the past and ended up frustrated by their knowledge of the product (repair) and results. FINALLY found Mahalo...WOW! These people are amazing. Timliness, professionalism and a quality product at a cost I thought was more than reasonable. A followup visit was made the day after heat pump installation to be sure it was done right. These people are passionate about delivery of service from the office to the followup. You won't be sorry!!
