I have been using Mahalo to maintain my heat/air for 18 years. I have never had any issues with them. Last year they replaced my system, and I couldn't be more pleased. Yesterday I had my first annual inspection. Troy the technician was very courteous , kind, and he took the time to answer all my many questions. Mahalo is a company that sells quality products and gives excellent service.
Mahalo has been maintaining my heat and air since moved here 18 years ago. Last year I had a new system installed and this year had my first service on it. Every time I have felt that they went above and beyond for me. Their technicians were courteous and had no trouble taking the time to answer my many questions. They came at the time I was given or I was notified in advance of a delay. Mahalo is a company of honesty and integrity. I won't even consider calling someone else.
I needed my 4-head ductless Heating & A/C system cleaned & maintained, and the guys who performed this service for me were great, very professional, knowledgeable & thorough. I'm very happy with the system that Mahalo installed five years ago and maintains for me twice a year.
