Mahalo installed and whole house heat pump for me and also serviced a couple of mini splits over the last few years. They answer their phone, make appointments, show up, and do a great job. Seems silly but I have called several companies over the last several years and many don't answer the phone, don't return calls and don't show up. The folks at Mahalo are responsive, prompt, reliable, nice, and do a great job
