I called inquiring about replacing my 27 yr old air conditioning system (gas furnace) and made an appointment. Tom came to the house and was so helpful, explaining everything to me, and gave me an itemized proposal before leaving. I was shocked at how affordable a quality new system was, and so glad I reached out for service!

Mahalo pulled through. Only a couple hours after I had requested service and job was complete.
$250 maintenance charge plus $299 for part and installation. I did not buy maintenance package. Once a year inspections have always been fine.
I had Steven Wright as my service technician. Steven was very thorough and professional. He gave me pointers on what I could do to prolong the life of my equipment and gave me great options on the equipment that they install. He also provided me with good information on promotions they had going on. Overall I was very pleased.
