Thank you, Mahalo, for everything. We have been happy customers since you first began your business in Roseburg. What really stood out was the work: Timely, economical and professional. Above that is the superior customer service exemplified by all staff. That is why, when it came time to replace our home heat pump, we turned again to Mahalo, now a division of Comfort Flow Heating. It was remarkable that this change in ownership – wasn't a change in any of the core values that keeps us coming back and recommending Mahalo to anyone who needs their services.

This week, it was time to put them to the test. Our 14-month old system suddenly failed at the height of hot weather. Austin Porter was on call that weekend and responded quickly. He was able to diagnose the issue generally but the specific fix was going to require extensive investigation in the next week. Troy De Camp was assigned the next week and isolated the problem to a leak, due to manufacturing defect, requiring a new coil that had to be ordered. Back at the office Sheree kept us informed and together the Mahalo team got the replacement unit within a couple days. Troy came back, installed the unit and we live in comfort once again. All-in-all, a 1-week turnaround.

But here's the thing. This was all done under warranty. That's right, no cost. Even though the usual warranty would have only partially covered the costs. Everybody, and I mean everybody, that we had contact with were very friendly, accommodating and, above all, sincerely sympathetic with our situation. They said that Mahalo thought that covering everything was just "the right thing to do". A potentially stressful situation was taken care of without our having to ask – they just knew. Sheree put the wheels in motion, Austin and Troy carried through. I am certain there were some behind the scenes making the inquiries and the decisions, but we only dealt with these three. It was clear from the start that their attitudes were above and beyond typical customer service. They were there to help us. Period. Sure, clean, well-kept equipment and professional demeanors – but more than that: They reaffirmed our trust and solidified our loyalty to Mahalo.
