Mahalo has serviced our HVAC unit and has always done a superb job! This most recent experience went very well. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable, quick and efficient! I opted to purchase a maintenance contract that will save me money, he caught a potential issue with a component that was near failing. I am happy to say that our heating and cooling needs are set for the summer!
Enjoyed Mahalo's tech, Nate. He was so helpful letting me know what he was accomplishing and what I need to do in the future. I felt comfortable and appreciated his friendly, cheerful attitude.

I have always had great service with the techs that do the maintenance on my furnace and A/C unit.
They have a note in my file letting any tech know to take off their hat before even coming to the door, due to my dog not liking hats.
It means a lot to me that they go this extra step for me and my dog. Along with sending a tech out that is not scared of dogs.
The service man arrived at the time advertised,. He was polite. He worked diligently.
