I had a mini split system put in when I had a house built a little over 2 years ago. I went out and seen my main unit was not setting level I called Mahalo they set up an appointment they came out look at it said it needed to be leveled out and within an hour they called back and had a crew on their way to level the unit up that is what I call customer service hands down didn't have to wait a week didn't have to wait a month they came out Same Day within an hour and honored what they said warranty regardless if that's what it falls under or not to level that unit and not charge me I can't say in enough words to how great that is even the gals that answer the phone we're great to talk with too highly recommend and again thank you for the customer service
We needed duct cleaning in 2 houses over on the coast. Mahalo was fast to come over and write up a quote. We had the work done a week later and they were prompt, fast and efficient.
They are always open and take customers to heart. Their response time is amazing.
