The tech was able to diagnose the problem with my mini split in 30 seconds. The estimate for repair is out of my budget , but at least now I know what's wrong with it. They were kind and knowledgeable.

Mahalo really stepped up on a difficult and frustrating diagnosis. They kept working through it until it was resolved and working. Sherry coordinated and communicated, Troy was awesome along with all the guys who pitched in and did troubleshooting. They stayed positive and so far the system is operating better than ever. I appreciate Mahalo's commitment and will always recommend.
They were able to send a technician the same day I called and he was able to come back the following day to fix the problem. I was very happily surprised how quickly everything happened!
