I have now used mahalo for the past 8 years I'm never had bad experience with their customer service or their professional workmanship. In the past I have used other HVAC companies and have had bad experiences. Mike and Troy came out last Tuesday to service my unit to try to detect if there were any leaks everything went so smoothly very honest and detailed on the work. I am a regular and they will treat anyone as if you have been using them for a long time thank you again. 06-30-2025 I had Mahalo come out and service my unit for its normal yearly routine however my outdoor fan was making a funny noise their service manager came out fixed it got it going pretty straightforward no hidden fees they continue to treat me like one of them
Mahalo was nothing but a joy to work with, Troy was very knowledgeable when it came to my system and the issues it was having, he was personable, genuine and never left me without answers - reliable honest answers. Scott gave valuable insight to accommodating the work required to save us from water damage. Tom provided clear understandable information while creating a quote for a new mini-split and the ladies in the office were easy to reach, very understanding and such a joy to work with also.
Mahalo has simply been the best. Installation of my heat pump 4 years ago was top notch. Recent service experience was also extremely good. This is a 5 star operation.
