The Service Technician was earlier than first scheduled which was greatly appreciated. He went over everything on my unit and found no problems. My unit had froze because of our freezing fog, but didn't stop. It didn't have any damage. l love this unit it is quiet and very reliable.

The work done was very good and was finished quickly. The technician was knowledgeable and explained what had caused the problem with our ductless system. We have now purchased their maintenance package and will have them coming out routinely.
Big shout out to Nathan! Thank you! I called at 8am on a Saturday ( after a very cold Friday night- about 10:30 when i realized i had a problem) had a call back by 8:20. Nate arrived by 9. After going through my system to identify the problem , he was able to explain it to me clearly and walk through solutions with me, including pricing. No surprises at check out. Thank you!
