Technicians were prompt, pleasant and thorough. But January temperature made it impossible for them to test AC. Better to schedule regular maintenance on split systems (heat/AC combo) like ours for warm weather.

Our heater stopped working on a Sunday. I called Mahalo at 7 a.m. and was surprised that someone answered. By 10 we had someone at our home and our heater was fixed that morning. I was so relieved as the temperatures had been in the twenties the night before and my husband is 83 and quite frail. Troy did a great job figuring out what was wrong and had the parts to fix it. It costs more on the weekend which I would expect. He made sure I knew the cost difference and left it up to me to decide if I wanted to pay extra to get it fixed that day. I was just so grateful that I had that option.
I have heard from friends that Mahalo is a good company so that is why I called them. I was very happy I did! Thank you Mahalo!

Mahalo has always been there for us when we need service or repairs. Always timely, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. When our old system failed, we didn't hesitate to order a new one with them! When we find a great company, we stick with them!??
I had maintenance and cleaning completed on three of my indoor overhead units and the outside unit as well. The technician was friendly and efficient. Great service and a decent price for work involved.
