I called for winter maintenance, information on a maintenance package and information on a WiFi Thermostat. Troy came out the next day and wow oh wow what great customer service. Nicest guy ever, explained everything in easy terms and cleaned my system and made sure it was good. I then bought the thermostat and he installed it, got it working on my phone and made sure I understood it. I also bought the great maintenance package.
I won't use any other company now as I was made to feel like family and treated as such. Thank you Mahalo and thank you Troy!!!!!
Great experience, unfortunately didn't catch the tech's name but he was courteous, intuitive, knowledgeable. Hi work ethic and personality reflects in a positive "light" upon Mahalo.
