The man who came to perform maintenance was very professional and he did a great job. My unit was pretty dirty and when he got done, it looked like new again. He identified a failed part and replaced it. My unit is working smoothly again.
I deeply appreciate the quick and thorough service. Although I didn't understand that there was a "diagnostic fee", the rest of the service was covered under my warranty. I love my unit and appreciate the service.
