Big shout out to Nathan! Thank you! I called at 8am on a Saturday ( after a very cold Friday night- about 10:30 when i realized i had a problem) had a call back by 8:20. Nate arrived by 9. After going through my system to identify the problem , he was able to explain it to me clearly and walk through solutions with me, including pricing. No surprises at check out. Thank you! Everything is working great!
Quick service on a cold day in January. Tech was friendly and knew his trade. Would recommend
Mahalo was great to work with! Was able to get me on the schedule fast for an unexpected issue. Troy was easy to work with and listened to my questions and concerns. All were very prompt and communicative. Would definitely recommend and use again!
I felt that they were very professional in the way that they approached my heat pump problems and my heat pump is working fine now.
Mahalo technicians were able to diagnose and fix a huge error the previous installers made prior to us purchasing our house. Since then they have professionally, courteously, and meticulously maintained our system. We are very happy we chose them.
Great experience all around!
Top notch service. Tech was very thorough
