This is the second system we have had installed by Mahalo. The first was to replace an existing system. The most recent was for a system for a new build home on our property. Delays by other contractors caused us to have to repeatedly reschedule with Mahalo. Each time, Mahalo was very cooperative and was able to work with us. The installers were very detailed and made sure everything was done to our needs. Definitely will use again.

We had a problem with our heat ducting to our bedroom. Called Mahalo on Monday. Scott was here on Tuesday to assess the problem. The crew was here on Wednesday and got the repairs done ! We could not be more satisfied with the service provided by Mahalo. Highly recommended !
I called for winter maintenance, information on a maintenance package and information on a WiFi Thermostat. Troy came out the next day and wow oh wow what great customer service. Nicest guy ever, explained everything in easy terms and cleaned my system and made sure it was good. I then bought the thermostat and he installed it, got it working on my phone and made sure I understood it. I also bought the great maintenance package.
I won't use any other company now as I was made to feel like family and treated as such. Thank you Mahalo and thank you Troy!!!!!
