Great Trustworthy Company; I was concerned with seasonal scheduling as I was told something else; they were patient, we openly discussed issue and plan - what a concept COMMUNICATION! Notified us in advance of a time (30 minute window) that they would arrive. Verified by text day before and that day, including name and info on the technician.
Showed up on time. Answered questions, kept me updated through each step of what was being checked, what was found and recommended steps with option to do at the time or schedule as made sense.
