From Tyral who provided us with advice and recommendations, to the installation team, to Jessica at the front desk, to the technicians who responded to our questions, we experienced timely, courteous, and knowledgeable service. I wish every business in Roseburg provided this kind of customer service. We now have a four head ductless mini-split installed. Our house has never been this consistently warm and we're looking forward to trying out the air conditioning. If we have any problems, we're confident Mahalo will help us out. Really impressed so far with their friendly attitude, scheduling, and service.

Our recent purchase of a new heat pump system from Mahalo was outstanding. We were under a time crunch to get the system installed and they fit us in to get the new system before a large family reunion we had planned. From the first service call (actually showing up on time), to the quote from Tom (also showing up on time!), to the financing and office personnel, to the installation...everything was top notch. We were told they would be here all day to do the installation and they arrived early and were done in about half the time we anticipated. The installation was seamless, even though they needed to rewire and install a new vent and return air receptacle, and I could not even tell they were here when I got home later in the day. We cannot express how satisfied we are with the service from Mahalo and will recommend them to everyone we can. Thank you so much!
