Mahalo is the only HVAC company I would ever consider. They do a wonderful job. Even though my home is at least 45 minutes south of Roseburg and very remote, they are always on time and never let me down.

The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, had the required parts on the truck and performed the repair quickly. He then went the extra mile and got us signed up for a preventive maintenance plan to hopefully prevent future problems. Very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company!

Tech explained everything he was doing as clearly as possible. Set my mind at ease that I was in capable hands.
The tech support individual (Troy) was awesome. He took the time to be diligent and find the issues we have been dealing with for years. He fixed what he could and made suggestions for a better fix. The salesman is scheduled to meet with me to see what the better choices will be and the associated cost.
They came and did their job. I'm very happy with them all. My home is warm now with new heater. Thank you
