Michael arrived on time and proceeded with servicing our system quietly and professionally. The support staff handling our service were professional and courteous. Much appreciated over our experience from last year.
Mahalo's technician Nathan Powers came and preformed our yearly review of our furnace and air conditioner. He was professional, friendly and outgoing. He did a great job with everything but especially with cleaning our electronic air filter.
Awesome service. Nice people and great communication.
Nathan arrived promptly for the scheduled annual maintenance of my HVAC system. He was courteous, professional and thorough. While checking out my system, he discovered a defective capacitor and was able to replace it while he was there so that there was no delay in keeping my system running in top shape. I appreciate the high quality maintenance support that I have received over the years from Mahalo.
We've had great customer service with Mahalo. Our tech braved the heat with a smile to replace a part for us.
