We had several bids to have four ductless heating and cooling units put in our house. Tom with Mahalo was very knowledgeable, professional and through. He took so many things into account and took the time to explain the reasons for his suggestions. Things that we didn't take into account.

My brother is a disabled veteran and went into ICU due to heart failure. I was only in town a short time and wanted to make sure my brother had A/C when he came home. I explained my situation and two of their guys worked on Saturday to help my brother out. They had the electrician and project manager out on Monday! Fast, called at 10 they had someone here at noon. Excellent service from a great service tech. Had my air back up and running in no time!

Our system had given up and we were approaching our hot time of the year. They were able to acomidate us in a reasonable time schedule.Tyral , Sharlyn, Jesisica, Bryanna and entire office personal were very helpful with the scheduling and financing. The technician, Paul, who cam out to my home was incredibly nice, and he was able to immediately fix the problem, which turned out to be human error:) I highly recommend Mahalo for all of your heating and cooling needs!!
I am so pleased with this company. From the office personnel to the techs, sales people, installers, repairmen... This has been a very caring group of employees! They are always on time, are super friendly, knowledgeable and always smiling. Rain or shine they still have a smile! They explain everything they are going to do. The prices are very fair too!
