Tom came out to our home quickly after he received our call. He then sent a work estimate within a day of his first visit. Very polite, personable, and professional. We look forward to Mahalo Heating and Air replacing our current AC unit.
Shout out to the super fast response from Michael coming out to diagnosis an issue. Sadly, the whole system needed to be replaced. He didn't sugar coat or over embellish what was needed. He even heard about my childs medical issues and told us about a specialty filter to help her. The whole crew showed up within a week-On TIME- to replace the entire system. The contract was straightforward and they even got all the permits and scheduled the electrician. I literally had to do nothing. They worked through the hot sun, leaving no trace behind and never complained or had grumpy faces. Having a system go out in the middle of summer is very painful- but working with Michael and the crew made this a seamless transaction! Highly recommended!!!
Very happy with Sean my Tech who came out today to diagnose my heat pump. He was very pleasant and professional and cleary was very knowledgeable as he figured out the problem within minutes of inspecting. Would highly recommend Mahalo.
After 25 years our Trane heat pump was slowing down, and we wanted another Trane because of our good experience with them and because they are rated at the top of Consumer Reports. We chose Mahalo because they service and replace Trane heat pumps. Everything about Mahalo was outstanding. Their estimator and project manager, Ty, was timely, professional and knowledgeable and walked us through his recommendation. The installers (Troy and Eric) were timely and had the new system installed in a day, as promised. Tyler installed a different system which made it so much easier for us to safely change the filters. We would recommend Mahalo for heating and cooling service without any reservations.
Sean was amazing! Our heat pump quit working and he came to assess the issue. He was professional, kind and very informative on what he was doing and his findings. When he returned for the repair, with the new part, he again was prompt, professional and informative on what he was doing. He ensured the unit was working properly before he left. THANK YOU, SEAN! We would definitely call Mahalo again for any services needed.
Mahalo is great! I had to reschedule my appointment a couple times and they were extremely accommodating. The actual service was problem free and the technician was on time and answered all my questions. He did a great job and all my units are squeaky clean and are working like new!

Besides the maintenance, Jacob noticed the defrost wall needed to be replaced. He also checked to see if it was still covered by our house warranty and was able to save us $500.00. We really appreciate his help, his knowledge, and his personable manner. He even let our cat "help" lol. Thank you, Jacob and Mahalo!!
Mahalo came out to do an annual service on our HVAC system and Sean was our tech and he was amazing he took great care of us what a blessing to have a gentleman with his experience and patience to perform the service that he did. Once he was finished he explained everything and any questions we had was answered. We will be using Mahalo in the future!

Was prepared with new thermostat options, did a thorough service of our system & did not seem to mind all my questions.
