We recently purchased two ductless heat pump systems from Mahalo and were very pleased with their professional staff, friendly and helpful demeanor, prompt service and wonderful job at installing them. We would recommend them to our friends anytime.
Mahalo did a fantastic job with putting in new ductless systems in our rentals. People have been very happy with them. They are curteous, fast, and are considerate of peoples needs. We use them as our only heat and air company and will continue to do so. Thank you to all of you at Mahalo.

Truly the most professional contractors I have dealt with in Douglas County. They were courteous and took both their jobs and customer satisfaction very seriously. I have nothing but praise for Mahalo and all the people who work there. If you are hyper-sensitive to noise, however, as some people are, have a spot outside on the ground in mind for the main unit away from the main rooms you live and think in before Mahalo comes over to write you a bid. Mahalo told me my heat pump would run me $1 a day. Yet I have hardly seen a change in my electric bill (just in August, and it was not $1 a day; it was just 8$ more for the entire month). Heat pumps are amazing! I am even breathing better without the wood stove, and the built-in air filtration of the heat pump. Highly recommended.
"Very professional, honest, pleasant and experienced. Their inspector spent about an hour measuring the two rooms where we wanted ductless heat pump heaters, meticulously measuring the volume of each to determine the size of each heater, planning where to rmount the heaters and compressor, where to obtain the electrical current, and where to route the cables. The installation technicians were also very competent and friendly. I can (and do!) recommend Mahalo without reservation. I have already done so with neighbors and friends who need similar installations."
I have had my new unit for a year now. Runs perfect. I highly recommend Mahalo. All of their staff, and service people are polite, and friendly, and do their job perfectly.
We were introduced to Mahalo via a Costco promotion for Lennox. The professional and personal attention we received as Mahalo responded to our request was stellar. Their flexibility to adapt the final plan to our budget was without complaint. When our electrician became unavailable, Mahalo provided one without interfering with our schedule or our budget.
The ductless system they designed and installed is working perfectly. We highly recommend Mahalo HVAC!

The installers were Dave and Brandon and they couldn't have been better! When my mobile home walls were not cooperating as they should have, Dave took the bracket off and reinstalled it with more anchors. He took extra care to make everything completely right!
They completely cleaned up after themselves and treated me and my home with the utmost respect.
The electrician that was subcontracted worked well with the installers, or was evident that there was a great deal of mutual respect.
Great work ethic here and professionals in there field , certain work they do not perform. Prices are $$$. But seems anything is expensive in HVAC.
