I joined Mahalo's Comfort Club Agreement, so I pay a monthly subscription for them to service my ductless system, which is a value that saves me money and warranties my equipment. The Techs did a great job inspecting & cleaning all the units, which have been working great at providing my family with excellent heat & air conditioning for seven years now.
Very professional, prompt and courteous. They explain what they are doing and request permission BEFORE replacing anything. Best there is!
Mahalo has provided great service for our three Diakin units over the years. A recent visit was deemed a "courtesy call" because the "problem" was a simple missetting on the controller.
We are very satisfied with Mahalo!
