Extremely fast and professional experience.
The technician was very friendly, knew exactly what to repair, came on time, informed us we needed to have a part fixed, my appointment was originally scheduled for the day the technician came, but for some reason it didn't get in the tech schedule, but mahalo made it right & still had the technician come out, they did are yearly service & fixed the part that needed it, thank you we appreciate you, you were honest & cared,

Mahalo's technician Nathan Powers came and preformed our yearly review of our furnace and air conditioner. He was professional, friendly and outgoing. He did a great job with everything but especially with cleaning our electronic air filter.

Nathan arrived promptly for the scheduled annual maintenance of my HVAC system. He was courteous, professional and thorough. While checking out my system, he discovered a defective capacitor and was able to replace it while he was there so that there was no delay in keeping my system running in top shape.
