Michael Z. was prompt, he arrived early after asking if it was ok. Very friendly, was able to fix our problem with our ancient air conditioner in a short amount of time. Did a thorough check on the ac pressures and such. Very happy with Michael and Mahalo!

First off I want to apologise for the bad review I did leave. I'm sick and I hadn't had any decent heat or air since the end of January. The first company just walked away without notice or a word. My ductless system was not working at all. Mahalo replaced everything they could and I truly.believe them some.Still wasn't working, so get an idea of frustration I was having. After screaming at them which was in no way my fault or there's we finally got unit replaced. I want to thank Mahalo for their very fine work and due diligence. I got a brand new unit of a different brand.
