Our service tech, Austin was great. He showed up on time, was pleasant and professional, and found the problem with our system quickly. I would record Mahalo to anyone. The office staff are easy to deal with and the appointments are generally within a couple of days. Most importantly, the people doing the work on the systems actually show up!! We're happy we chose Mahalo!
The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how the unit works and why it shuts down. He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable about my system.
He provided me with information on Mahalo Comfort Club Maintenance Plan. Which I have seriously considered becoming a member of. A monthly payment will provide me two maintenence visit per year on the whole system, one before the heating season and one before the cooling season.
Nathan did a very thorough job checking and cleaning our heat pump. Would highly recommend his work
Both the field technician and salesman were fantastic. From doing a complete evaluation of the old system. And giving advice that made sense. The office staff was also very helpful to navigate financing. And prompt scheduling.
