I have given them high marks because our furnace went out and had to be replaced. We had to wait 6 days, however, the weather was mild for this time of the year and our gas fireplace kept the main part of the house warm. On Christmas eve, they arrived at 0730 and were finished at 0930. The house was warm and comfy. How do you put a value on that? By having experienced techs to change out the old and put in the new! Thanks to all your staff.

I can't really say enough about Mahalo. I can be a fairly demanding customer, and I had an installation that was unusual in several respects, but they came through like champs. Their bid was competitive, they anticipated at least one difficulty others had overlooked, and they made sure their work was properly done and that I was happy with it. The system's been in place for about eight months now, and even though this is an old and drafty house with single pane wooden frame windows, etc, it kept things cool when it went to 103 last August, and it kept things warm last night when the temperature fell to 34 -- and my power bills seem to be lower!
I recommend them without hesitation. Mahalo is an extremely professional outfit, with an excellent staff.
