Mahalo installed a whole house heat pump for me and also serviced a couple of mini splits over the last few years. They answer their phone, make appointments, show up, and do a great job. Seems silly but I have called several companies over the last several years and many don't answer the phone,
don't return calls and don't show up. The folks at Mahalo are responsive, prompt, reliable, nice, and do a great job.
He explained everything and was thorough.

Mahalo is the only HVAC company I would ever consider. They do a wonderful job. Even though my home is at least 45 minutes south of Roseburg and very remote, they are always on time and never let me down.

The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, had the required parts on the truck and performed the repair quickly. He then went the extra mile and got us signed up for a preventive maintenance plan to hopefully prevent future problems. Very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company!
