I'd been without AC for 3 years while two companies pointed the finger at each other as to why my heat pump failed to cool. I finally called Mahalo and got a 3rd opinon. I wished I'd done it 3 years before. They were correct in their assessment that I needed a new furnace/blower and the one I had was old and mismatched to the heat pump. Ultimately I got both a new heat pump and furnace. Thank goodness I have AC now at 106 degrees - it's a cool 75 in my house.
