Process was very easy. From start to completion 4 days. Installer, Eric, was on time, very efficient and knowledgeable. Unit performing wonderfully. Heats 1200 sq ft and maintains comfortably at 70*. Thought about replacing current heating, baseboards, for a couple of years. Regret waiting so long. Love that it also works as a dehumidifier. Highly recommend. Staff very friendly and professional.
We had them come to perform an annual maintenance check-up. Our technician was Lance. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained all the work he performed.

Originally scheduled a service but the system wasn't functioning properly. Tech was on time and was extremely good at explaining what he found and what the next steps to diagnose and repair were. Returning to perform test and repair based on test results was performed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
Scott from Mahalo Heating and Air Conditioning came out and gave us an estimate for a completely new heat pump system. Their price was reasonable and we got the 0% financing and had it installed all within 1 week. We had an issue they responded immediately and took care of the issue at no charge. I highly recommend them.
