The office staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians performed the maintenance, checking all the systems even washing the unit! They were very courteous to us and to our big German Shepherd puppy dog. The company comes highly recommended by me...thanks to all!
This is our second opportunity to have Mahalo install a complete Heat pump HVAC system in a home for us. They have always been prompt, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and affordable! We highly recommend them! They are a terrific company to do business with.

Mahalo has been maintaining my heat and air since moved here 18 years ago. Last year I had a new system installed and this year had my first service on it. Every time I have felt that they went above and beyond for me. Their technicians were courteous and had no trouble taking the time to answer my many questions. They came at the time I was given or I was notified in advance of a delay. Mahalo is a company of honesty and integrity. I won't even consider calling someone else.
I have been using Mahalo to maintain my heat/air for 18 years. I have never had any issues with them. Last year they replaced my system, and I couldn't be more pleased. Yesterday I had my first annual inspection. Troy the technician was very courteous , kind, and he took the time to answer all my many questions. Mahalo is a company that sells quality products and gives excellent service.
