Had Mahalo install an heat and air pump To our existing system a few months ago for the most part it was done correctly. We asked to have the electrical placed either on or above the skirting on our home. They didn't listen and placed it between both ask to have it moved and was ignored.
When we used the heater the first few times it took 2 to 4 hours to bring the heat up 2 degrees so we had them come out there answer was to completely remove one heating duct and place foil over another which in my experience does nothing but raise your heating bill. Call spoke with somebody they made another appointment. When the technician explained why it was taking so long to heat on warmer days and nights and fixed the electrical as we wanted. So we had a few bumps in the road but over all we are satisfied with the work and products installed. I would recommend Mahalo but warn to make them stop and explain the difference between the old and new system And make sure they listen to what you want.

We had several bids to have four ductless heating and cooling units put in our house. Tom with Mahalo was very knowledgeable, professional and through. He took so many things into account and took the time to explain the reasons for his suggestions. Things that we didn't take into account.
Mahalo is certainly at the top of our list. If we choose Mahalo we will follow up with another review.
My brother is a disabled veteran and went into ICU due to heart failure. I was only in town a short time and wanted to make sure my brother had A/C when he came home. I explained my situation and two of their guys worked on Saturday to help my brother out. They had the electrician and project manager out on Monday! Fast, called at 10 they had someone here at noon. Excellent service from a great service tech. Had my air back up and running in no time!
